An exciting opportunity for an Event Coordinator to join a busy events team delivering corporate events from planning through to completion. Event Coordinator – Hybrid (London) An exciting opportunity for an Event Coordinator to join a busy events team delivering corporate events from planning through to completion. In this role, you will support the coordination of events from initial enquiry and supplier sourcing through to delivery and post-event reconciliation. You will work closely with event managers, clients, venues, and suppliers to ensure events run smoothly and meet client expectations.

Job Responsibility

  • Support the planning and delivery of corporate events
  • Manage smaller events from concept through to completion
  • Coordinate venues, suppliers, AV, catering, and event logistics
  • Assist with RFP processes and supplier negotiations
  • Support delegate management and event technology platforms
  • Assist with financial reconciliation, billing, and supplier payments
  • Provide on-site event support when required

Requirements

  • Experience in events coordination or corporate events
  • Strong organisation and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and general IT systems
