Job Description:

Freelance Event Coordinator to manage Candlelight concerts in Hong Kong. This role involves full event management, mainly at weekends.

Job Responsibility:

On-site concert coordination (pre-production and production)
Supervision of teams (up to 15 people) and service providers (up to 10 companies)
Managing institutional relations (local authorities, companies, associations)
Ensuring a smooth experience for the audience

Requirements:

Experience in logistics and team management
Knowledge of the live performance sector
Good stress and contingency management skills
Fluent in English and Chinese
