Job Responsibility

  • Plan and execute B2B marketing events (tradeshows, conferences, flagship events) to drive pipeline generation
  • Manage end-to-end event logistics (booth setup, vendors, shipping, collateral, SWAG, AV, internet, electrical)
  • Coordinate with external vendors and internal stakeholders to deliver on-time, brand-aligned event assets
  • Track event performance, lead capture, and pipeline metrics (Salesforce/CRM reporting)
  • Support pre/during/post-event marketing activities (email campaigns, social, web promotions, follow-ups)
  • Manage event registrations, attendee coordination, and sales team participation
  • Research venues, hotels, and future events (locations, costs, competitive landscape)
  • Handle event budgets, invoicing, and cost tracking with strong financial discipline
  • Lead cross-functional coordination across marketing, sales, and operations teams
  • Execute multiple events simultaneously with strong attention to detail and deadline management

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of B2B event coordination experience (SaaS environment preferred)
  • Strong tools: MS Office, Salesforce/CRM, Jira, marketing automation platforms
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to operate independently under pressure
