Our client, a leading fitness organisation, is seeking enthusiastic Event Assistants for a spectacular multi-day fitness event from April 28th to May 4th, 2026. This is your chance to shine and create unforgettable memories!

Job Responsibility

  • Welcome participants with seamless check-ins using iPads
  • Distribute bib numbers, race packs, merchandise vouchers, and essentials
  • Hand out wristbands, timing chips, refreshments, and lots of smiles!
  • Support event sponsors and merchandise teams (some lifting involved)
  • Keep the energy high and the vibes positive throughout the event

Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer service or events
  • An upbeat, can-do attitude with strong communication skills
  • Well-presented individuals proud to represent a vibrant brand
  • Team players eager to roll up their sleeves and bring the hype!
