Join our team as an Event Assistant and play a key role in supporting event operations, logistics, and customer experience. As an Event Assistant, you’ll help plan, coordinate, and execute events of varying sizes while sharpening your skills in communication, problem-solving, and project management. Available to work onsite, Monday through Friday
Job Responsibility:
Assisting with budget tracking, invoice processing, and expense management
Assist with event setup, breakdown, and onsite logistics
Support attendee registration and customer inquiries
Coordinate supplies, vendors, and schedules
Help manage guest lists and event documentation
Collaborate with team members to deliver memorable experiences
Requirements:
Minimum of one year of hands-on experience in event coordination
Bachelor’s degree preferred
candidates without a degree should have additional relevant work experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong skills in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Demonstrated experience coordinating projects and managing timelines
Professional demeanor and attitude
Strong team player with a proactive approach to follow-up
Friendly and engaging personality
Experience assisting with budgets, processing invoices, and tracking expenses
Skilled in managing travel arrangements and full-scope event logistics
