Job Description:

Our client is looking for enthusiastic individuals to step into the role of Event Assistant - Judge at an upcoming competition in the vibrant Castle Quarter, Cardiff!

Job Responsibility:

  • Station Management: Oversee athletes as they perform a variety of exercises safely and effectively at each station
  • Enforcing Standards: Validate repetitions and uphold competition rules, ensuring proper execution and monitoring for no-reps on movements such as sled pushes and wall balls
  • Athlete Support: Motivate and encourage participants, especially during high-fatigue stations, helping them dig deep and push through to the finish line

Requirements:

  • A passion for fitness and a positive attitude
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate others
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to fair play
