Job Description:

We are currently seeking an experienced Event and Partnership Manager to expand its network and develop strategic partnerships in the design, fashion, beauty, food & beverage, culture and other sectors. Ideally, the candidate will be in charge of proactively researching brands with interest in using our showroom and co-networking space for their exclusive events, building relationships with agencies and production teams, and managing PR activities to enhance the venue’s visibility and success.

Job Responsibility:

Identify and contact potential clients (event agencies, production companies, brands) interested in hosting exclusive events in our space
Build and manage long-term relationships with strategic partners in the fields of design, fashion, beauty, food & beverage, culture and more
Develop and implement partnership strategies to position the venue as the primary choice for innovative and high-profile events in Milan
Lead PR and relationship-building activities by participating in networking events and representing the venue at important industry meetings
Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the venue and its offerings through digital and physical channels

Requirements:

Previous experience with developing event partnerships
Solid network of contacts in the design, fashion, beauty, food & beverage or cultural sectors
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong goal orientation
Capacity to work independently and be proactive while managing multiple projects and deadlines
Proficiency in English for interactions with international clients
Required experience: 3 years
