Job Description

We are seeking an Event and Design Manager to join a lean, fast-paced team and take ownership of event coordination, creative production, and audience engagement initiatives. This role is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats and is eager to build experience across events, design, newsletters, and social media. This position is evenly split between coordination and production, making it ideal for a well-rounded professional who can confidently manage logistics while also delivering strong creative support.

Job Responsibility

  • Coordinate key events, including venue sourcing and event logistics
  • Design event materials such as invitations, name tags, and other branded collateral
  • Manage basic CRM-related tasks to support event planning and outreach
  • Create social media posts to promote events and expand audience engagement
  • Build and maintain newsletter templates and help grow newsletter presence
  • Support miscellaneous print and digital design projects as needed

Requirements

  • Experience across event coordination, design, and digital content support
  • Strong understanding of social media engagement and audience-building tactics
  • Confident, poised, and able to take initiative
  • Comfortable working across multiple projects and responsibilities rather than specializing in one area
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop or an equivalent design tool
