This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who loves details, enjoys working with people, and wants to grow their career in B2B experiential and community marketing.
Job Responsibility:
Support planning & delivery of Payhawks “Future CFO” events including all logistics, venue and supplier coordination, run-of-show documents, schedules and on-the-day operations

Collaborate with Sales and Business Development on pre and post event actions including outreach and post event followups
Coordinate webinars & digital experiences working closely with our Global Content and Product Marketing teams
Community & relationship management - support relationship-building with new and existing speakers, partners, and Payhawk ambassadors

3+ years of experience in event coordination, field marketing, or operations in a B2B, SaaS, or agency environment
Highly detail orientated
Strong communication skills and comfortable working in English across multiple markets
A second European language (e.g., French, Spanish, or German) is a strong advantage for regional event coordination and speaker/partner communication
What we offer:
30 days holiday paid leave
Competitive compensation package
Exchange policy to another Payhawk office (London, Berlin, Sofia, Paris, Amsterdam)
Flexible working hours and opportunity to work from home
