Job Description:

An opportunity to work at TUI BLUE Pioneer Beach in Paphos. Role involves delivering fun activities and events for guests, engaging with people of all ages and nationalities, and creating memorable experiences for guests. Available seasonal or permanent contracts, with optional winter work opportunities.

Job Responsibility:

Deliver a wide range of fun daytime and sport activities
coordinate and deliver evening programmes/events
consistently engage in guest interaction
deliver the highest quality service and guest experience in line with TUI standards
plan and run main events during the day/evening
create a fun and special atmosphere for guests to remember.

Requirements:

Available minimum from 22.02. - 30.11.26
reside in Cyprus
have the right to work in Cyprus
speak English
additional European language skills (nice to have)
sociable and excellent people skills
ability to work independently as part of an international team
careful and detail-focused
ability to plan, deliver, and evaluate international activities/events
comfortable hosting events in English
comfortable communicating in other languages (advantageous but not mandatory)
additional skills such as singing/dancing appreciated but not essential.
