Job Description:

Exciting role based at TUI BLUE Playa la Barrosa in Costa de la Luz, delivering daytime and evening activities and events for guests, creating memorable holiday experiences while representing TUI values.

Job Responsibility:

Deliver a wide range of fun daytime and sport activities
Constantly interact with guests of all ages and nationalities
Co-ordinate and deliver the evening programme & events for main highlights of the week
Put the guest at the heart of everything by consistently engaging in guest interaction
Deliver the highest quality service and guest experience in line with TUI standards
Help plan and run main events during the day and evening
Create a fun and special atmosphere that guests will always remember
Represent 'TUI Smile' at all times

Requirements:

Speak German and English
Live in Spain
Have the right to work in Spain
Available from 19.03. - 05.11.26
Sociable individual with excellent people skills
Personality & confidence to work independently and as part of a small international team
Careful and detail-focused individual
Ability to plan, deliver, and evaluate international activities and events
Comfortable communicating and hosting Daytime & Evening events in German & English
Comfortable working in small teams

Nice to have:

Additional skills such as singing, dancing
Other languages beyond German and English
