Requirements

Sociable individual with excellent people skills
personality and confidence to work independently and as part of a small international team
meticulous with attention to detail
ability to plan, deliver, and evaluate an international activity and events program while considering guest needs
additional skills like singing or dancing are appreciated but not essential
fluency in English and either German or Polish
comfortable working in small teams to create unforgettable holiday experiences.

Job Responsibility

Deliver a wide range of fun daytime and sport activities
coordinate and deliver the evening program and events for weekly highlights
interact with guests of all ages and nationalities
deliver the highest quality service and guest experience in line with TUI standards
focus on planning and delivering main events during daytime and evening to create a unique and unforgettable ambience.
