Job Description:

Exciting role for individuals with an EU passport willing to move to holiday destinations during Summer 2026. The position involves delivering fun daytime and sport activities, coordinating evening programs, and creating memorable experiences for guests of all ages and nationalities.

Job Responsibility:

Deliver a wide range of fun daytime and sport activities
Constantly interact with guests of all ages and nationalities
Co-ordinate and deliver the evening programme & events
Put the guest at the heart of everything
Deliver the highest quality service and guest experience in line with TUI standards
Help plan and run main events during the day and evening
Create a fun and special atmosphere that guests will always remember
Represent TUI Smile at all times

Requirements:

EU passport
Willing to move to holiday destinations during Summer 2026
Speak English and German
Sociable individual with excellent people skills
Personality & confidence to work independently and as part of a small international team
Careful and detail-focused individual
Ability to plan, deliver, and evaluate international activities and events
Comfortable communicating and hosting Daytime & Evening events in English and German
Comfortable working in small teams

Nice to have:

Additional languages
Skills such as singing, dancing
