Evening/Weekend Outpatient Mental Health Therapist

• Evaluate mental health diagnosis, create and implement treatment plan, complete ongoing documentation including further diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, and case notes
• Maintain a caseload of 25 client sessions per week (15 for part-time)
• Provide excellent customer service and collaborate with a dynamic team
• Utilize creativity in interventions
• Prepare and submit individual documentation per session
• Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff
• Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings

• Master's degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields
• Pennsylvania-issued clinical licensure (LMFT, LPC, LCSW
• LAPC and LSW accepted)
• Experience with completing DAs, treatment plans and clinical case notes
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients
• Ability to complete and submit documentation in a timely manner
• Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base
• Proficient in Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems (Valant experience a plus!)
