We are hiring from all walks of life, at all experience levels, from pre-licensed LACs to fully licensed LPCs. Our goal is simple, we do our best to take care of you, and you do yours to take care of your clients. We provide a flexible work schedule, but we expect our therapists to proactively balance client needs while maintaining a healthy work-life balance by giving 3 evenings in office. Given the high demand for sessions between 3 PM – 9 PM on weekdays or a Saturdays/Sunday, success in this role requires availability during these peak hours. Our therapists are highly compensated (base hourly pay, commission splits, performance bonuses and more). They also have the flexibility to manage their own caseload at a comfortable level, focus their efforts on specialties and work in a warm, inviting office.
Job Responsibility:
Evaluate and diagnose behavioral health issues, create and implement a treatment plan, complete ongoing documentation including additional diagnoses, treatment plan reviews, and case notes according to company policy
Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community
Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals
Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session
Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed
Attend and participate in clinical staff meetings and trainings
Requirements:
We can take you from new grad to totally rad and get you fully licensed (Free clinical supervision included!)
Prefer experience with children, adolescents, teens, and/or adults
Prefer experience with couples, families, trauma, substance abuse, and/or schools
Prefer a general knowledge of therapy services, community resources, insurance billing, and previous experience with mental health documentation
