Job Responsibility:

  • Dispatch pickups and deliveries to drivers quickly and efficiently, ensuring optimal management of Van Load and Container transport operations
  • Manage a fleet of 15 to 30 drivers, ensuring smooth coordination and maximum productivity
  • Maintain clear and continuous communication with drivers at all times
  • Ensure on-time service for all pickups and deliveries while adhering to strict schedules
  • Provide drivers with their work schedules to facilitate effective planning and coordination
  • Plan tasks for the following day to maximize efficiency and productivity
  • Perform any other related tasks to contribute to the smooth operation of transport services

Requirements:

  • Bilingual (French and English)
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar dispatch role
  • Experience in Container and van loads
  • Knowledge of the transportation industry
  • Proficiency in computer systems and software
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
