Job Description:

Evening Receptionist role at a prestigious private medical clinic on Harley Street, focused on reception and administrative duties to ensure a smooth and welcoming experience for clients and clinicians during afternoon and evening hours

Job Responsibility:

  • Greet clients and visitors professionally and ensure a calm, welcoming environment
  • Manage incoming calls and emails, triaging messages and ensuring timely responses
  • Coordinate daily schedules and communicate with clinicians and admin teams
  • Handle post, courier bookings, and stock control for clinic supplies
  • Maintain accurate records and assist with patient documentation
  • Provide cover for colleagues during leave or sickness

Requirements:
