Job Responsibility:

  • Welcome drivers (U.S. and Ontario) prior to their departure
  • Provide keys and required documentation
  • Perform various clerical tasks
  • Ensure all drivers depart at the scheduled time
  • Coordinate operations and ensure efficient follow-up during the evening shift
  • Perform any other related duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Experience in logistics, transportation, or coordination (an asset)
  • Excellent command of both French and English
  • Strong organizational skills, autonomy, and attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and active environment
