Evening Floor Supervisor

• Supervise and support Room Attendants, House Porters, Linen Porters, Public Area Attendants, and the Evening Maid
• Allocate rooms and assign deep cleaning tasks to team members
• Confirm staff attendance at the beginning of each shift and arrange cover for any absences
• Prepare and distribute room assignment sheets and floor keys
• Report maintenance issues promptly to the Maintenance Department
• Provide on-the-job training and support to team members as required
• Ensure timely and positive resolution of guest concerns
• Handle lost property in accordance with hotel procedures
• Carry out any other reasonable duties as requested by the Executive Housekeeper or Deputy Housekeeper
