Job Responsibility

Manage the cleaning team to ensure daily, weekly, and routine cleaning tasks are carried out in line with company standards
Inspect the work of the cleaning team and provide approval
Ensure cleaning equipment is in top condition
Oversee team’s schedule and adjust workloads as needed
Assist with recruitment and training
Manage stock levels
Ensure compliance with health and safety guidelines
Enforce appropriate PPE use
Be point of contact for maintenance issues
Report all incidents including health and safety concerns
