Job Description:

Applications are ought from suitably qualified candidates for the position of Evaporator Operator located at Inkerman Mill, in the Burdekin Region. This is a permanent position in our sugar processing factory which requires shift work during the crushing season, including weekends, overtime and day work during the maintenance period.

Job Responsibility:

  • Operating the Juice Circuit encompassing Juice Heaters, Clarifiers, Filters, Evaporators, and associated equipment
  • Working with other members of the Shift Team to ensure efficient factory performance
  • Reporting to the Operations Superintendent
