EV Project Manager

• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, and deliverables
• Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams, external contractors, and clients to ensure successful project execution
• Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed
• Maintain clear and effective communication with all stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and solutions
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, safety standards, and company procedures
• Manage project documentation, including progress reports, safety records, and as-built drawings
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure quality, safety, and adherence to project requirements
• Facilitate project meetings, design reviews, and lessons learned sessions
• Continuously evaluate and improve processes to enhance productivity, efficiency, and customer satisfaction

• Degree or other qualification in Electrical Engineering, Project Management, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on high voltage electrical systems and/or EV charging infrastructure
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex, large-scale projects
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, HV infrastructure, and industry best practices
• PMP certification is highly desirable
