Job Responsibility:
Drive annual business plan and revenue targets
Expand EV service portfolio: chargers, network ops, SLA & billing
Manage B2B sales pipeline across fleets, retail, hospitality, logistics, and real estate
Lead pre-sales support, RFP/RFQ, proposals, and contracts
Cross-sell Solar & HVAC solutions
Design solutions and select EVSE equipment
Perform power & infrastructure studies (panels, wiring, protections, grounding)
Coordinate teams/subcontractors, timelines, procurement, and H&S
Oversee commissioning, as-built, manuals, and client handover
Handle permits and liaise with grid operator (ΔΕΔΔΗΕ)
Select and evaluate EVSE & software vendors
Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships
Oversee development of existing software solutions
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field, Master’s preferred
5+ years’ experience in e-mobility or energy solutions projects
Strong understanding of energy billing and payment systems
