Job Description:

As a European Sales Coordinator, you will provide active support to the European sales team in all commercial, administrative, business and operational needs, to maximise customer facing time. You will ensure customer satisfaction through internal networking with local DS Smith commercial teams and liaising externally with selected key functions at our customers.

Job Responsibility:

  • Actively support customer activities (monthly sales turnover tracking, indexations, maintenance of product and price files, following contractual conditions, etc.)
  • Accounts budgets, forecast and sales KPI’s and dashboards follow up, and highlight any discrepancies
  • Coordinate the execution of tenders on time in full to achieve our growth ambitions
  • Actively support or contribute to the development of sales operations best practices (KPIs) for European sales team
  • Compile and co-ordinate customer insights information and data
  • Organise sales / customer meetings and supporting materials.

Requirements:

  • Educated to a degree level, preferably in Business or Economics
  • Advanced MS Excel and Power Point skills
  • Excellent analytical skills, with high level attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, team-player
  • Process minded, pro-active and “can-do” mentality
  • Good Influencing skills and ability to work in a multicultural environment
  • Fluent English, written and spoken.
