The Business Unit Group Manager is a senior-level position responsible for the overall administrative activities of a business. These tasks may include managing external audits, business continuity activities or addressing regulatory issues. The Business Unit Group Manager may coordinate and manage activities such as the tracking of business financials, employee headcount and other administrative needs and ad hoc projects as necessary.
Job Responsibility
Support the strategy development and implementation of the CSC Network's North Star Target Operating Model
Work with EU/UK Site Heads to define strategic initiatives and drive execution of programs to reduce employee pain point and advance the maturity of the sites
Provides direct support and guidance on site management practices to the E/UK CSC site heads
Manage the EU/UK CSC site teams and business office staff to provide administrative support to the site head
Provide program leadership to deliver against the location strategy goals to reduce fragmentation and increase utilization of the network
Act as a strategic advisor and partner to stakeholders providing data and information on the network
Coordinate management activities, key events and track progress against goals and objectives
In partnership with Site heads and ither partners (ESPA, HR) develop communication and employee engagement strategies across the cluster
The Strategic Partner and cluster lead supporting the EU/UK CSCs accountable for execution of CSC strategy
Analysis of progress against selected strategic objectives - communicating key risks, defining mitigation strategies and helping to oversee resolution
Drive execution of location strategy and ensure governance over CSC site practices
Provide thought leadership to drive identify programs and new initiatives
Maintain a strong understanding of CSC Network metrics and drivers with the ability to identify trends and make recommendations based on results
Reporting and Metrics Analysis – facilitate monthly EU/UK CSCs metrics analysis (utilizing the CSC Dashboard)
Perform data and trending analytics related to human capital, site management, survey reporting, and infrastructure metrics
Prepare regular and ad hoc reports and develop senior management presentations and updates for key stakeholders
Perform VOE and other employee engagement analysis for EU/UK CSCs
Interact with and present to key stakeholders
Data/Document management: Maintain data and document repository tools such as SharePoint and other web-based applications to enable effective communication and information access
Communications: lead key senior leadership meetings and interactions with top level management on network strategy and site performance
Share best practices and promote an environment of continuous improvement
Complete all tasks in connection with the organization’s activity but not detailed in the current job description, charged by the direct manager, matrix manager, supervisor or the functional head

Global business execution and EU/UK CSC Network lead
Requirements
10+ years of experience in global and complex settings with multiple stakeholders
Prior experience in a senior business execution leadership role, preferably in a financial service
Global strategic program management expertise
Knowledge of the CSC Network, financial services industry and technology
Demonstrated ability to manage and build high performing teams
Proven ability to work in high-pressure environments
Consistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication
Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
