Job Description

We are seeking a strategic, data-driven, and relationship-obsessed Influencer Manager (Team Lead) to build and lead the Europe influencer function. This role is responsible for strategy, execution, team management, creator selection, performance optimization, and ROI ownership across UK, FR, DE, IT and ES. You will grow a portfolio of creators from mid-tier to top-tier, across tech, business, productivity, healthcare, sales, and vertical professional communities — driving awareness, conversions, and brand trust. This is a high-visibility role with significant ownership and direct business impact.

Job Responsibility

  • Develop and own the Europe influencer marketing strategy, aligned with global brand and growth objectives
  • Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing influencer team
  • Build a scalable operational model: creator tiers, vertical playbooks, funnel, and ROI frameworks
  • Identify, recruit, and manage a strong pipeline of creators across YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, podcasts, etc
  • Negotiate contracts, rates, deliverables, usage rights, exclusivity, and long-term partnerships
  • Build professional creator relationships based on trust, creativity, and measurable performance
  • Own end-to-end execution: briefing, content review, approval, tracking, and optimization
  • Coordinate product seeding, sample scripts, and content enablement
  • Partner with Product Marketing to craft tailored messages for each vertical audience
  • Define and monitor OKRs including content quality, click sessions, engagement, reach, sentiment, ROI, CPV, and attributed revenue
  • Maintain a performance dashboard
  • Report weekly and monthly insights, learnings, and recommendations
  • Align with the Brand, Paid Media, IMC, and PR teams for integrated campaigns
  • Collaborate with Marketing Team for testimonial and case-study content
  • Work with Legal on contracts, compliance, usage rights, and disclosures

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred
  • 5–10 years in influencer, creator, or partnerships management, preferably in AI, tech, SaaS, or consumer electronics
  • Proven experience leading a team
  • Strong negotiation and long-term partnership-building skills
  • Deep understanding of content performance levers
  • Strong analytics, project management, communication, and cross-functional skills
  • Ability to leverage AI to enhance work efficiency

What we offer

  • Meaningful Ownership An Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) that gives a real stake in Plaud’s long-term success
  • High-Impact Environment Work in a fast-moving, product-driven environment where your ideas directly shape the future of AI productivity
  • Cutting-Edge AI Tools for Productivity Access to best-in-class AI tools, including Cursor, GPT models, Gemini, Claude, and other frontier AI systems to maximize engineering and execution efficiency
  • Best-in-Class Equipment Choice of top-spec laptops, high-performance workstation setups, and cutting-edge Plaud devices for all new hires
  • Team & Culture Annual company offsites, team events, and a culture that values craftsmanship, ownership, and velocity
