At Diesel Italia, located in Milan Head Office, we are looking for an experienced CRM Manager. The role will be responsible for CRM activities for the European markets with the aim to enhance the customer experience, boost the engagement levers and push the performances. The successful candidate will be responsible of the execution of the CRM strategy for the EU market with the goal of increasing brand awareness, drive traffic to the stores and increase the customer frequency and conversion.
Job Responsibility:
Analytical deep dives on the Regional Customer Base, identifying strategic insights supporting the regional CRM and Retail strategy
Promote effective prospect acquisition campaigns including partnerships to increase customer acquisition
Based on Global Guidelines and Go To Market Calendar, and in consideration on business priorities, design and execute the Regional CRM contact strategy and Calendar for the European market including local relevant moments
Accountable for Regional CRM Digital Campaign management (Newsletter/SMS…) including: Coordination of the supplier managing the CRM campaigns process, including Copy, translations and execution in the different local languages
Definition and execution of the most effective customer segmentation strategy for the regional campaigns
Monitor Newsletter performances, share results with stakeholders, propose and execute corrective actions to optimize digital campaigns share of business on online
Definition of the targets of customers to be involved in all the clienteling activities/in store activations of the region – in close coordination with EU Retail Director and EU Clienteling Manager
Requirements:
Minimum 3 year of experience in CRM roles (preferably in the Luxury environment) in modernly structured companies
A degree in Marketing and Communications or Economics would be preferred
Great passion for fashion, determination to achieve the objectives, flexibility, enthusiasm, initiative, ability to problem solving and teamwork
Strong analytical skills
Expertise in and knowledge of Marketing world, CRM and industry trends
Excellent knowledge of the English language, both written and verbal
Good knowledge in the use of the main tools (particularly MS Excel & Power Point)
Willingness to travel
