We are looking for a skilled Level 2 End User Computing (EUC) Specialist for an initial 3-month contract. This role sits perfectly at the intersection of system administration, senior endpoint support, and operational engineering. You will be the go-to person for managing our modern workplace environment, handling day-to-day administration, and resolving escalated technical issues that the frontline service desk can't solve.

Requirements
Solid experience in a Level 2 Systems Administration or EUC Support role
Hands-on familiarity with Intune, Entra ID, Microsoft 365, and basic Azure/AVD environments
Strong troubleshooting skills
Great communication skills with a user-first mindset
comfortable working entirely onsite to support the team

Assisting with basic administration of Jira and Confluence
