Job Description:

EUC Hardware Engineer with current DV clearance is required to supporting our secure government client to provide hands-on hardware support within a classified environment. The EUC Hardware Engineer will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle management of hardware assets, ensuring secure, reliable, and compliant delivery of IT hardware services. You will work closely with internal technical teams and end users to support business-critical operations.

Job Responsibility:

  • Build, configure, deploy, and support laptops, desktops, and peripheral devices
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware faults to minimise downtime
  • Manage hardware assets throughout their lifecycle, including secure disposal
  • Ensure compliance with security, audit, and operational standards
  • Support on-site users within a secure / classified environment
  • Maintain accurate asset and service records in line with ITIL processes

Requirements:

  • Ability to diagnose and resolving hardware issues across laptops, desktops, and peripheral devices
  • Knowledge of hardware architecture, component compatibility
  • Knowledge of secure hardware handling practices, including data sanitization and destruction protocols
  • Ability to work within strict compliance frameworks
  • Experience in hardware installation, configuration, and lifecycle management in enterprise or government environments
  • Previous work in secure or classified environments, adhering to strict data protection and confidentiality requirements
  • Experience with secure disposal of data-bearing devices in compliance with organisational and legal standards
  • Track record of collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated hardware solutions
  • Experience managing hardware assets within ITIL or similar service management frameworks
  • Current DV clearance or the ability to undergo DV security clearance
