EUC Hardware Engineer with current DV clearance is required to supporting our secure government client to provide hands-on hardware support within a classified environment. The EUC Hardware Engineer will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle management of hardware assets, ensuring secure, reliable, and compliant delivery of IT hardware services. You will work closely with internal technical teams and end users to support business-critical operations.
Job Responsibility:
Build, configure, deploy, and support laptops, desktops, and peripheral devices
Diagnose and resolve hardware faults to minimise downtime
Manage hardware assets throughout their lifecycle, including secure disposal
Ensure compliance with security, audit, and operational standards
Support on-site users within a secure / classified environment
Maintain accurate asset and service records in line with ITIL processes
Requirements:
Ability to diagnose and resolving hardware issues across laptops, desktops, and peripheral devices
Knowledge of hardware architecture, component compatibility
Knowledge of secure hardware handling practices, including data sanitization and destruction protocols
Ability to work within strict compliance frameworks
Experience in hardware installation, configuration, and lifecycle management in enterprise or government environments
Previous work in secure or classified environments, adhering to strict data protection and confidentiality requirements
Experience with secure disposal of data-bearing devices in compliance with organisational and legal standards
Track record of collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated hardware solutions
Experience managing hardware assets within ITIL or similar service management frameworks
Current DV clearance or the ability to undergo DV security clearance
