Job Description:

As our European Supply Chain continues to grow, we are opening the position of EU Procurement Manager. In this role, you will ensure the reliable availability of raw materials and components across our European manufacturing sites. You will lead and optimize supply planning, manage suppliers, balance inventory levels, and help strengthen the resilience and efficiency of our Supply Chain—directly contributing to stable production and high customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibility:

  • Shape and execute the European supply planning roadmap
  • Balance demand, supply, and inventory to keep our operations running smoothly
  • Guide a team of procurement planners across multiple sites and help them grow
  • Secure reliable deliveries by partnering with Purchasing and key suppliers
  • Oversee critical flows — including ~1,600 containers per year — and make sure materials move with speed and precision
  • Harmonize procurement processes across Europe and keep us aligned with our global teams
  • Take ownership of our KPIs and lead action plans that move us forward
  • Push improvements through Lean, automation, and digitalization
  • Optimize how we use our Advanced Planning System to predict exceptions before they happen
  • Work hand‑in‑hand with Planning, Production, Quality, Logistics, Finance, and site teams to prevent shortages and keep everything flowing
  • Contribute to key transformation initiatives, including ERP and S&OP projects

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field
  • 7–10 years of experience in supply planning or Supply Chain management in an international or multi‑site environment
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to engage, coach, and guide teams
  • Strong analytical and technical capabilities — confident with KPIs, ERP systems (QAD/SAP), Excel, Power BI, and planning tools
  • Solid understanding of logistics and global trade (Incoterms, customs, international transport)
  • Fluent English, both spoken and written
  • A strategic, organized, and proactive mindset, with excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
What we offer:
  • Annual bonus of 15% of the gross annual salary, paid twice a year based on KPI achievement
  • Transportation allowance
  • Seniority bonus
  • Meal allowance in the company cafeteria
  • Financial reward for improvement suggestions
