This role leads A&M Measurement and Optimization across key European Anchor Markets (Poland, France, Spain) and others, managing one ROI Engine Consultant and collaborating closely with the ROI Engine Technical Team.
Job Responsibility:
Lead A&M Measurement and Optimization program across 6 EU markets: E2E project management
Manage actual media and sales data collection for respective market
Supervise modelling
Translate modeling into actionable business impact
Drive A&M optimization across the ecosystem
Influence and govern change at senior levels
Quantify and communicate value creation
Lead cross-market Marketing Science initiatives
Lead and scale a high-performing team
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in Marketing Insights and Data Analytics across research agencies, consultancy, or client-side roles
A strong track record in delivering Marketing Mix Modelling and Media effectiveness insights
Exceptional analytical acumen and strategic thinking
Proven leadership in matrixed environments
Strong influencing and communication skills
Advanced project and program management capabilities
Deep understanding of data-driven marketing
High proficiency in data visualization and storytelling tools
