Job Description:

EU Head of Procurement - Facilities Management | Global Market Leader | Paris, France (Hybrid) | Strong Basic + Car Allowance & Bonus. This unique senior role is a strategic and transformative leadership position working in close partnership with board-level stakeholders. It represents a rare opportunity to take ownership of FM Procurement across a European remit, with the mandate to reshape strategy, drive commercial value, and ultimately build out a best-in-class regional procurement team.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop, implement, and lead sourcing strategies across EU Facilities Management
  • Influence and engage senior stakeholders to embed procurement as a strategic partner
  • Build and manage supplier partnerships, maximising commercial performance and creating competitive advantage
  • Deliver measurable transformation within your first 90 days, including strategic sourcing initiatives, savings delivery, and governance frameworks
  • Contribute to ESG strategy and represent procurement in client-facing meetings
  • Plan, design, and grow a regional procurement team to support future business needs

Requirements:

  • Circa 10+ years' procurement experience within Facilities Management, Fit Out, or Real Estate Procurement
  • Strong track record of delivering procurement transformation in complex, multinational, matrix environments
  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders up to board level
  • Deep understanding of sourcing and supplier relationship management across EU markets
  • Strategic and commercially astute, with hands-on capability to deliver results
  • Fluency in English and additional European languages particularly French or Spanish
  • Based out of either Paris or Madrid (Hybrid)
