Job Description:

We are seeking a Technical Architect with strong expertise in ETL design, data architecture, and data management, particularly using Ab‑Initio and Teradata. The individual will be responsible for the full life cycle of solution design, system alignment with enterprise architecture, and ensuring delivery excellence. The role involves estimating technical timelines, supporting resource planning, and contributing to organisational improvements through process optimisation and standardisation. This position is based in Pune, India.

Job Responsibility:

  • Perform ETL design, data architecture, data management, and data analysis using enterprise‑grade tools
  • Architect and design solutions leveraging ETL platforms, especially Ab‑Initio
  • Take end‑to‑end accountability for application scoping, planning, development, and high‑quality delivery
  • Ensure systems comply with Enterprise Architecture guidelines, best practices, and development methodologies
  • Support project managers by estimating technical effort and allocating resources to technical tasks
  • Contribute to organisational excellence through process adoption, resource optimisation, tooling improvements, and quality enhancement
  • Provide technical expertise to internal guilds and communities of practice

Requirements:

  • 9–12 years of overall experience
  • 4–5 years of relevant expertise in ETL and data‑driven solution design
  • Strong hands‑on experience with Ab‑Initio and Teradata
  • Familiarity with data modelling tools such as PowerDesigner, Erwin, or similar platforms
  • Solid knowledge of data warehousing, data modelling, and data profiling concepts
  • Qualification such as B.E., B.Tech, BCA, MCA, BSc, or MSc in Computer Science or a related field
