We are seeking an Ethical Hacking Operations Analyst to bridge penetration testing execution with ongoing cyber security operations. This role combines hands-on understanding of ethical hacking methodologies with strong operational coordination, enabling continuous security posture improvement, effective test execution, and clear communication of security findings across technical and business stakeholders.
Job Responsibility
Coordinate global penetration testing schedules across multiple business units, regions, and platforms to ensure comprehensive system coverage
Manage project tracking activities, including timelines, milestones, testing phases, and deliverables using project management tools
Develop and execute penetration testing plans aligned with business cycles, regulatory requirements, and system changes
Maintain service performance metrics and reporting structures to track testing effectiveness and risk trends
Facilitate stakeholder engagement through planning meetings, status reviews, and post-testing debrief sessions
Manage conflicts across testing priorities, resource availability, and business constraints to ensure effective delivery
Coordinate pre-engagement activities including requirements gathering, access provisioning, and confidentiality considerations
Validate and manage access credentials, VPN access, and cloud environment permissions for testing activities
Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), runbooks, and quality assurance frameworks for testing execution
Support reporting, dashboards, and analytics for vulnerability trends, risk metrics, and remediation tracking
Conduct threat analysis and highlight critical findings for escalation and resolution
Mentor team members and support capability building through training, guidance, and awareness initiatives
Requirements
2+ years of experience in penetration testing, vulnerability assessment, or security testing programs
Strong understanding of penetration testing methodologies such as PTES, OWASP Testing Guide, OSSTMM and MITRE ATT&CK
Knowledge of IT infrastructure, including operating systems, networking concepts, cloud platforms and security controls
Experience working with penetration testing tools such as Burp Suite, Metasploit, Nessus or Qualys
Familiarity with common vulnerabilities such as OWASP Top 10, CVE classifications and threat landscapes
Experience in project coordination, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration
Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical findings into business insights
Experience working with reporting and analytics tools for dashboards and performance tracking
Degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field
