Manager of the Colorado Child Care Assistance Program (CCCAP), Colorado Works, SNAP/Food Assistance, Medical Assistance and Adult Financial programs. Coordinates workflows to ensure effective programing for Human Services Economic Security Programs, identifies workflow/workload issues and recommends solutions. Works closely with the Human Services Director to establish effective management of benefits programs. Assists with departmental Emergency Management duties. Collaborates with partner agencies on community and program education and participates in State meetings and committees. Ensures compliance with County and Department policies and relevant Federal, state and local laws, rules, regulations, codes and/or statutes. Analyzes, implements, and makes recommendations in these areas to the Human Services Director. The position is responsible for ensuring timeliness goals are met and cases are processed accurately. Maintaining communication with the Human Services Director, the Economic Security Programs Supervisor, the Security/Finance Administrator, Front Desk Administrator, and other relevant staff is of vital importance. Provides supervision, direction and coaching of unit Supervisor and Lead, CCCAP Specialist and staff. Works closely with unit supervisor to schedule, assign and direct work and oversee and conduct training. Addresses unit issues, resolves problems and ensures quality of work.

Requirements:
High School diploma or G.E.D
One year of supervisory experience
Strong written and oral communication skills
Nice to have:
Associates or Bachelor’s Degree
Experience with Colorado Department of Human Services programs
