Are you a native Estonian speaker with fluent English skills? Are you interested in working from home from anywhere in Greece whilst avoiding the daily commute to the office? This is a remote full-time job opportunity all over Greece where we are accepting applications from candidates currently living in Greece or are looking at working & relocating to Greece. You will have the chance to serve the Estonian speaking clients of the most well-known companies worldwide in the fields of technology, banking, telecommunications, automotive or domestic appliances.

Job Responsibility:

  • Act as the first point of contact for all Estonian callers
  • Respond and record customer inquiries raised through inbound calls
  • Maintain solid customer relationships with Estonian customers abroad by handling questions with speed and professionalism
  • Troubleshoot and resolve common technical problems
  • Delight customers with your knowledge and expertise in order to exceed their expectations

Requirements:

  • Native command of the Estonian language
  • Fluency in English language
  • PC literacy
  • High adaptability in dynamic working environments & rotating shifts
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
