Job Description

Campbell Property Group (CPG), one of Australia’s leading residential construction and property development companies, is seeking a highly skilled Estimator to join our Clarendon Homes team in Norwest. As the Estimator, you will be responsible for providing accurate pricing for customers on behalf of the business. This is achieved through interpreting customer requirements, sales documentation, site reports, and contractual requirements then applying these to produce initial tenders, contracts, and variations.

Job Responsibility

  • Provide accurate pricing for customers

  • Produce initial tenders, contracts, and variations
  • Interpret internal documents, working drawings, colour selection documents, and other contract supporting materials
  • Critically evaluate modifications for construction constraints and buildability
  • Collaborate to troubleshoot and resolve preconstruction and on-site issues
  • Provide insightful information on buildability to various departments
  • Answer incoming calls and direct to the appropriate person
  • Produce accurate tenders, contract tenders and final consolidation documentation
  • Provide workflow reporting to track progress

Requirements

  • Extensive production/sales estimating experience within a residential home construction environment
  • Onsite experience (Desirable)
  • Knowledge of the Production/Sales Estimating process throughout construction
  • Knowledge of residential construction methods and materials
  • Certificate IV in Residential Building (desired) OR
  • Diploma in Building Studies (desired) OR
  • Diploma in Estimating/Quantity Surveying (desired)
  • Solid Attention to detail
  • Problem solving ability
