Job Description:

This role holds significant importance as it is responsible for overseeing the implementation of projects ranging from $5,000 to $2,000,000 and occasionally up to $7,000,000. The Estimator will be involved in all stages of a project, from budgeting to construction contract, ensuring the project remains within budget and achieves the company’s business objectives.

Job Responsibility:

Review of project specifications and drawings
Work on multiple estimates and construction contracts simultaneously
Prepare Proposals
Solicit subcontractor/vendor quotes
Ensure estimates are completed within time frame
Maintain detailed estimate spreadsheets and proposals
Assist with determining scope
Analyze job estimates from data reports
Use estimating software for take-offs

Requirements:

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Experience with Blue Beam software
