Job Description

We’re hiring an experienced Estimator with a strong background in facade + restoration work to join a busy team based in Long Island City (LIC). This is a high-impact seat supporting active NYC projects and helping price work from bid through award.

Job Responsibility

  • Preparing detailed estimates for facade restoration projects (Local Law 11/FISP, waterproofing, masonry, etc.)
  • Reviewing drawings/specs, doing takeoffs, scope leveling, and bid packaging
  • Coordinating with PMs, field teams, and subs/suppliers for pricing
  • Helping with value engineering and change pricing as needed

Requirements

  • Estimating experience specifically tied to facade / restoration
  • Strong takeoff + bid skills (and comfort reading plans/specs)
  • NYC market experience is a big plus
