Due to continued growth, we are delighted to offer an exciting opportunity for a full-time Estimator to join our North West region, based in either our Chorley or Carlisle offices.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead and manage the full tender process from first enquiry through to submission
  • Prepare high-quality, competitive tenders that deliver value for money
  • Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with clients and key stakeholders
  • Work effectively with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and clear project handovers
  • Support continuous improvement by enhancing processes and helping strengthen our work-winning capability

Requirements

  • HNC (or higher) in Construction, Built Environment, or a related field
  • or 5+ years of proven industry experience
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Windows and the full Office suite
  • Estimating software experience
  • A strong estimating background in fields such as Civil Engineering, Highways, Buildings, Water, or Energy projects
  • A self-motivated, resilient attitude with the ability to lead and influence
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence in client-facing environments
