Job Description:

Our client is a leading construction contractor with an extensive pipeline of Federal and State projects. Due to a combination of continuous project awards and succession planning, they now require an estimator for this growing team.

Job Responsibility:

Prepare and submit budget estimates, progress reports, or cost tracking reports
Interpret and explain plans and contract terms to client representatives or developer
Plan, schedule, or coordinate construction project activities to meet deadlines
Develop pre construction cost estimates for ground up commercial/industrial/Education construction projects

Requirements:

5 years+ experience as a Construction Estimator
Experience working on projects in excess of $30m
Construction Management, Architecture or Relevant Degree a plus

Nice to have:

Construction Management, Architecture or Relevant Degree
