As an Estimator, you’ll play a critical role on the commercial and mechanical plumbing side of our business—helping shape profitable, competitive bids for plumbing. Partnering closely with Outside Sales, project teams, and customers, you’ll evaluate opportunities, develop accurate and compelling plumbing estimates, and translate technical scope into clear, customer-friendly quotations. Your market insight, plumbing expertise, and data-driven estimating approach will directly influence win rates, margins, and long-term customer relationships. You’ll serve as the go-to expert for plumbing pricing strategy—balancing speed, accuracy, and value—while delivering a best-in-class customer experience.
