We are seeking an experienced Estimator Project Manager to join our team in Henderson on a 12-month fixed term contract. This role is responsible for managing projects within the maintenance and manufacturing teams, providing accurate estimation and costing, and ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, on time, and within budget.
Job Responsibility:
Manage all project scopes including planning, coordination, and quoting for major shutdowns and plant stops
Prepare tenders, customer quotations, and attend post-tender meetings
Monitor project costs and manage variations as required
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers
Coordinate with workshops or external suppliers for prefabrication and machine work
Implement and support workplace health and safety policies, including toolbox talks, incident investigations, and safety audits
Source new business opportunities to diversify the client base
Requirements:
Positive, proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
Trade Certificate (or equivalent) relevant to the role
Relevant High-Risk Licenses
Proficient with MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
You must be either an Australian Citizen or a holder of an Australian Permanent Residency Visa to be eligible to apply for this position
Nice to have:
AutoCAD skills are desirable but not essential
