Signarama Redmond is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Estimate / Project Manager to lead our efforts in securing and executing commercial signage projects, with a focus on ADA-compliant and fire safety signage. This role sits at the intersection of business development and project delivery—ideal for someone who enjoys both building relationships and bringing complex projects to life. You will actively pursue bid opportunities with general contractors, construction firms, and architectural teams, while also managing awarded projects from estimating through production and installation.
Job Responsibility
Identify and pursue bid opportunities through plan rooms, bid platforms, and industry networks
Build and maintain relationships with general contractors, subcontractors, and architectural firms
Review construction drawings and specifications to identify ADA and life safety signage scopes
Prepare accurate, competitive estimates and formal bid submissions
Follow up on bids and track pipeline activity to improve win rates
Translate awarded bids into clear project scopes, timelines, and production plans
Coordinate internally with design, production, and installation teams
Manage project timelines, budgets, and client communication from kickoff to completion
Review submittals, shop drawings, and material specifications for compliance and accuracy
Ensure all signage meets ADA regulations, local codes, and project specifications
Requirements
Working familiarity with online bid platforms and industry networks
Experience in estimating, project management, or sales within signage, construction, or related industries
Strong understanding of construction documents, including blueprints and specifications
Knowledge of ADA signage requirements and/or fire safety signage standards is highly preferred
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with contractors, architects, and internal teams
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
Proficiency with estimating tools, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office or similar platforms
Self-starter with a proactive approach to business development
2–3+ years in a signage, construction, or related trade environment in an estimating, project management, or sales support role
Experience working directly with general contractors, project managers, and/or architects on commercial construction projects
Hands-on estimating experience for signage, specialties, or division 10 / division 10–11 style scopes (or similar)
Demonstrated experience reading and interpreting architectural and engineered drawings, specifications, and addenda
Prior involvement with ADA-compliant signage packages and/or fire and life safety signage programs
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment
Background in a small to mid-sized, owner-operated business or franchise environment is a plus
