Estimator - Interiors

Tekton Building Solutions Group (BSG) is seeking a versatile Estimator to join our growing team. This unique hybrid role is designed for a construction professional who excels at both the 'win' and the 'do.' You will spend approximately half the week focused on preconstruction and estimating (quantifying, pricing, and bidding) and the other half managing active self-perform projects (coordination, submittals, and execution). This key team member will passionately help promote the development of creative, innovative solutions to construction challenges and enjoy the acquisition of winning profitable work. This role is ideal for a self-starter who enjoys a fast-paced, 'all-hands-on-deck' environment. Successful candidates will demonstrate a passion for getting the job done right, repeat business, and a dedication to building the Tekton brand favorably in the market.
