Job Responsibility

Facilitate retrospectives to reflect on the sprint, identify actionable improvements, and enhance team performance
Act as a servant leader, supporting the team’s needs and removing obstacles
Meet with team members individually to address concerns, resolve conflicts, and promote collaboration
Consult with team members and stakeholders on Scrum practices, helping them work effectively within the framework
Manage the Scrum board, ensuring that cards are up to date and tools like Jira Software are functioning well
Regularly analyze burndown charts and other planning tools to track progress and adjust as needed
Eliminate external blockers and address internal roadblocks through process improvements
