Job Description:

Domaine Homes, part of Campbell Property Group (CPG) — one of Australia’s leading residential construction and property development companies — is seeking an experienced and driven Estimating Manager to lead our high-performing estimating team in NSW. If you have strong leadership capability, deep experience in residential estimating, and a passion for improving accuracy, efficiency, and customer outcomes, this is an exciting opportunity to step into a pivotal role within our business.

Job Responsibility:

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Sales and Production Estimators to deliver high-quality, accurate, and timely estimates
Oversee the preparation and review of sales estimates, tender submissions, production estimates, and variations across the Domaine Homes portfolio
Ensure estimating outputs meet compliance, buildability, and commercial requirements
Collaborate closely with Construction, Drafting, Design, Sales, and Customer Service to enable smooth operational workflows
Drive improvements in estimating processes, pricing accuracy, documentation standards, and systems utilisation
Monitor team performance, resource planning, and workload distribution to meet business targets
Provide specialist estimating advice to internal stakeholders and support decision-making across functional teams
Contribute to business initiatives, system enhancements, and continuous improvement projects

Requirements:

5+ years’ experience in residential estimating
at least 2 years in a leadership or senior estimating position
strong understanding of residential construction, sales estimating, and production estimating within the project home building industry
experience using Framework or similar estimating systems
excellent analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
strong leadership capability with experience coaching or developing a team
effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments
ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
relevant qualifications in building, construction, or estimating (Certificate IV in Building & Construction advantageous)
