Job Responsibility
Coordinate schedules of deliverables for the team and assist with managing timelines, deadlines, and estimating packages
Communicate with vendors and clients to build relationships, define the project scope, address any deficiencies, negotiate prices, and facilitate registration process of products
Research quotes for material and labor from our suppliers and subcontractors
Continuously follow up on all bid projects and accurately forecast future awards
Partner with Power Design’s construction project management team to properly transfer awarded projects
Requirements
College graduates with 1–3 years of related coordination or administrative work experience
Individuals who love to problem solve and thrive in a fast-paced environment that is constantly changing and evolving
Someone with advanced skills in Microsoft Office and basic fundamental skills in database management, Bluebeam or other PDF-editing software, and construction plan reading/interpretation
Strong communication skills and professional behavior, including the ability to create and conduct presentations and training sessions
