We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Estimating Administrator to join a busy team in Surbiton! This is a fantastic opportunity to play a crucial role in their Estimating Department while enjoying a supportive and flexible work environment.
Job Responsibility:
Manage administrative duties for the Estimating Department
Provide holiday cover for the Bid Development Coordinator and assist with tender enquiries
Collaborate closely with subcontractors to maintain clear communication and follow up on quotes
Utilise Microsoft Windows, Word, and Excel to keep documentation organised
Participate in the creation and maintenance of essential registers, including the Tender Documents Register and Enquiry Register
Requirements:
Preferred experience in a construction environment
Familiarity with document control processes and Procore software
Strong communication skills, especially over the phone
Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Word, and Excel
