Requirements

Active Educator License in the State of Illinois is required
Demonstrated experience in esthetics, with strong knowledge of skincare and makeup application
Previous teaching experience is preferred but not required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students effectively
A genuine passion for teaching and mentoring future beauty professionals
Availability for daytime teaching hours, Monday through Friday 8:30am-5:00pm cst

Job Responsibility

Design and implement engaging lesson plans in accordance with the curriculum
Provide hands-on instruction and demonstrations in skincare and makeup techniques
Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback to encourage improvement
Maintain a positive and conducive learning environment in the classroom
